Enweremandu Esther hails from Osisioma Ngwa Local Government in Abia State. A graduate of University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Enugu State with a degree in Library and Information Science/English (2017).  She was the Chief Librarian of the Department from 2014 to 2016. She had her Industrial Training at Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, Enugu State(2016).Her educational journey started from Golden Crown International School from 2001 – 2006.She was the Health Prefect during her set. She then proceeded to FAAN Secondary School and later to ECWA Baba Alhamdu Secondary School where she obtained JSC and SSCE certificates respectively. She was the best in Food and Nutrition Science. She did her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Enugu State where she served as Secretary under the Enugu State Educational Board. She got an award of excellence in Eloquence from Holy Rosary College, Enugu State. She has a research work to her credit – “The Role of Public Libraries in Children Literacy Development for Educational Purpose and also for Improvement in Children literary programs organizes at the Children Library in Nsukka.” She has worked with several establishments for few years and also engaged in volunteer programs before and after her degree program. She worked as a volunteer for literacy program at the Children Center Library, Nsukka Enugu State in 2016. After her degree program, she came back to Kano and got engaged to work as a record officer in Best Choice Clinic and Maternity in 2017 and then worked as a record officer at Antenatal Sessions in Ja’oji Primary Health Care and also as a part time laboratory assistant (2019).
